Each apartment has 4 single bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms and a shared living and dining area. Hazelwood also has a limited number of twin bedrooms available.

Deposit
Before you move in, a security deposit is required to book a room and will be refunded at the end of your stay less a €50 cleaning fee subject to compliance with your License agreement. We take this just in case there are any property damages, which we know there won't be from you!

Electricity
The electricity at Hazelwood is worked on a PINERGY meter system. Each student will have to contribute to the cost of electricity. Which is estimated at a cost of €10 per week per student.

Parking
Own a car? No problem. Hazelwood Student Village has on-site parking available. Contact us to find out more on pricing and availability.
Internet
What would we be without WiFi these days? Especially Students! Hazelwood knows this very well and offers you super, high-speed broadband internet, with a personal username and password to be provided to you. And, of course we know that you can't live on one device, so our WiFi allows you connection for up to 5 devices. Sorted!
Cable tv
What student can live without TV? Hazelwood offers one TV point in the living room of each student apartment so you can chill out with your friends after an exhausting college day, watching your favourite TV series. However, we do ask that every tenant takes the responsibility of getting a TV license.

Launderette
Laundry is a pain, we know, especially when you've so many other things to worry about. That's why we make it as easy as possible for you to get your washing done with a laundry room that's coin operated right on campus. The machines cost €4 per cycle. Not too bad.
Safety
An onsite complex management team from 9am to 5pm and 'After hours staff' through the night until 7am
