We all know what is like to be a student #Broke so the answer was simple we dropped the prices of our single rooms from €225 to €180, Twin rooms from €155 to €125 per person and our doubles from €250 to €220 per week. This Rate is only available for a limited number of rooms and is on a first come first served basis! 

Security Deposit – We trust you will take care of the place so we have dropped our security from €500 to €350.

Booking fees – from €500 to €150 of your finest euros will hold your place and secure Dublin’s low is priced We are working on offering a month by month payment system. But for now, we are just offering a one payment option.

Payment options - We have two payment options; upfront or Direct debit secured by guarantor. 

COVID 19 – Currently there is a lot of uncertainty around the start date of the coming academic year. To counter this Hazelwood have implemented policies to ensure our tenants pocket stays protected and their booking is secure. The €150 Booking deposit is fully refundable minus a €50 administration cost in the event college remains online or in the case you do receive a place in a college in Dublin. Short Term Student Accommodation - Hazelwood student village is now offering short term student accommodation. This accommodation can be booked for a minimum of one night and a maximum of fourteen nights in a row. Our short stay rooms will include towels, toiletries & bed linen.
